Waiter / Head Waiter
A prestigious luxury resort located on the breathtaking Red Sea coast in Saudi Arabia is currently seeking passionate and service-oriented professionals to join its Food & Beverage team as Waiter / Head Waiter. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred to enhance communication with guests and support the multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to guests
- Ensure guests receive a memorable dining experience through personalized service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and respond promptly to requests
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth service operations
- For Head Waiter role: support team supervision and assist with service coordination during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end hospitality venues
- Strong guest engagement and customer service skills
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal communication
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
