Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional food and beverage service to guests.
- Take accurate orders and deliver meals efficiently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by offering attentive and friendly service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
- Demonstrate excellent menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests.
- Use POS systems for order processing and billing.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in an international hotel or restaurant.
- Willingness to commit to a 2-year contract.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
- Good attention to detail and active listening skills.
- Ability to memorize menus and operate POS systems.
- Food safety or food handler certification is an advantage.
