Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing daily pastry kitchen operations
- Prepare and present high-quality desserts, cakes, pastries, and baked goods
- Develop innovative dessert menus aligned with the restaurant’s standards
- Supervise and train pastry team members to ensure consistency and excellence
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control within the pastry section
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef – Pastry in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Strong expertise in international desserts, modern pastry techniques, and bakery production
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Arabic speakers are preferable
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
- Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory
