Position:
Sous Chef – Catering Background
Key Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality standards
- Handle large-scale catering events and banquet services
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in menu planning, costing, and inventory management
- Maintain high presentation standards across all dishes
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in catering or banquet operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume production environments
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
- Arabic speakers are preferable
- Must be locally available in Saudi Arabia
- Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory
