Position: Senior Storekeeper
Locations: Al Khobar (Eastern Province) & Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Senior Storekeeper plays a critical role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations through effective inventory management, supplier coordination, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
- Oversee receiving, inspecting, and organizing food, beverage, and operational supplies.
- Maintain structured storage systems for easy accessibility and tracking.
2. Stock Accuracy & Control
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records to prevent stock discrepancies and waste.
3. Supplier & Logistics Coordination
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all storage areas meet strict food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain compliance with company and local standards.
5. Quality Assurance
- Inspect all incoming items for quality standards.
- Report damages, shortages, or inconsistencies immediately.
6. Storage Optimization
- Maximize storage efficiency.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures for perishable items.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B or restaurant industry.
- Location: Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia (Al Khobar/Eastern Province or Riyadh).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software.
- Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
