A leading provider of Clinic Information Systems (CIS) in KSA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support and
implement our solutions for medical centers and polyclinics.
Responsibilities:
1- Provide L1/L2 support (EMR, billing, scheduling, insurance). 2- Troubleshoot software, database, and network issues. 3- Assist with system deployment, configuration, and user training.
Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
2- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience (healthcare/SaaS preferred).
