An exciting career opportunity is available for an experienced Restaurant Captain to join Gobi Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert. Located in the heart of Ras Al Khaimah, this award-winning desert resort is known for its exceptional service standards, refined dining experiences, and commitment to luxury hospitality excellence.
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented hospitality professional who can lead by example and ensure seamless restaurant operations. As a Restaurant Captain, you will supervise daily service activities, coordinate the front-of-house team, and deliver an outstanding fine dining experience aligned with five-star brand standards.
Job Requirements:
- Proven luxury hospitality experience, preferably in five-star hotels or upscale restaurants
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a service team
- Excellent Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu presentation, guest engagement, and service excellence
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create memorable dining moments for guests. A proactive approach and commitment to high-quality service are essential to succeed in this role.
