Key Responsibilities
As a People Engagement Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the Human Resources and People Engagement team by helping create a positive and motivating work environment for employees.
Your main responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in organizing employee engagement programs, events, and activities
- Supporting HR initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture
- Coordinating internal communications and engagement campaigns
- Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Helping implement training and development initiatives
- Supporting employee recognition and reward programs
- Ensuring smooth coordination between departments and the HR team
