• Prior work experience in Kuwait or the UAE
• Proven track record in managing multiple outlets

·Strong understanding and enforcement of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to maintain labor and food costs in line with industry benchmarks
• Full ownership and accountability for profit and loss (P&L) performance
