Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily laundry operations including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens and garments
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of hotel linens and guest clothing
- Work closely with the Housekeeping department to ensure timely linen supply and efficient service
- Monitor linen inventory and maintain adequate stock levels to support hotel operations
- Maintain strict quality control to ensure all laundry items meet hotel standards
- Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Knowledge of laundry processes, fabric care, and linen handling techniques
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Previous experience in hotels or hospitality operations is preferred
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
