Position: Kitchen Steward
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans efficiently and safely
- Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation procedures
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service hours
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
