We are seeking a professional Head Waiter in Abu Dhabi who can lead the floor team, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily floor operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen and management for seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service quality
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in UAE restaurants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of fine dining service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
