About the Role – Guest Services Officer
As a Guest Services Officer, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless service from arrival to departure. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests
- Providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by resolving concerns efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times
