As a Food Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring food safety systems across operations, ensuring compliance with HACCP principles, and delivering EFST (Essential Food Safety Training) programs to staff.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food safety within catering, hotels, or restaurant chains
- At least 2 years of UAE experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi
- Certification as an ADAFSA-approved EFST Trainer
- Level 4 Food Safety and HACCP Level 3 certifications
- NEBOSH IGC (preferred but not mandatory)
- UAE Driving License (preferred but not required)
