- Facility Engineer – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 8–10 years of managerial experience in facility management.
- HVAC Technician – ITI or equivalent certification with 3–5 years of Gulf experience.
- Multi Skilled Technician – ITI or equivalent certification with 3–5 years of Gulf experience.
- BMS Technician – ITI or equivalent certification with 3–5 years of Gulf experience.

- Plumber – ITI or equivalent certification with 3–5 years of Gulf experience.
- General Cleaners (Male) – Working schedule of 12 hours per day.
