As a Chef de Partie (CDP)– Pastry, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods. This position requires creativity, precision, and strong knowledge of pastry techniques. You will be responsible for managing your pastry station, ensuring consistency in recipes, and supporting the pastry team in delivering outstanding dessert experiences for guests.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in pastry or bakery production
- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, cakes, desserts, and bakery items
- Ability to follow established recipes and create new dessert concepts
- Skilled in maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
