As a Bellman cum Driver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest journey from arrival to departure. Your friendly attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail will help create a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities
- Provide safe and efficient transportation services when required
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the assigned vehicle
- Follow all traffic regulations and company policies
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
