- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Deliver messages, parcels, and guest requests promptly
- Support the front office team to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Basic knowledge of Abu Dhabi locations and attractions is a plus
