About the Job
The Barista cum Cashier will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, handling customer orders, managing cash transactions, and ensuring a welcoming café environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately as a cashier
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and service area
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with guests
- Ensure proper handling of cash, POS systems, and receipts
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
- Follow health and safety guidelines within the café
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista or Cashier in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
