About the Opportunity
Located in the vibrant Al Mouj waterfront community, Mysk Al Mouj, Muscat offers a contemporary hospitality experience rooted in Arabian heritage. As part of the prestigious Shaza Hotels portfolio, the property blends modern sophistication with cultural authenticity, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
We are currently hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager who is strategic, creative, and results-driven, with strong knowledge of the Oman and GCC hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies
- Drive brand awareness across digital and offline platforms
- Manage social media channels, content creation, and online reputation
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships
- Assist with PR activities and media communications
- Monitor market trends and competitor analysis within Oman and GCC
- Ensure brand consistency in line with Shaza Hotels standards
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in 4-star or 5-star hotels
- Proven marketing experience within Oman or GCC hospitality markets
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media
- Creative mindset with analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Oman or the GCC.
