About the Role
The Restaurant Captain plays an important role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations while maintaining high service standards. The selected candidate will supervise service staff, coordinate with kitchen teams, and ensure every guest receives exceptional dining service. Strong communication skills and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the restaurant service team during daily operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and excellent hospitality service
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and other service team members
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally
- Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and service quality standards
Job Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
