About the Role
The Multi-Skill Technician will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the resort’s engineering and maintenance operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining hotel facilities, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently to provide guests with a comfortable and safe stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Inspect hotel equipment and infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency
- Handle minor carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from hotel departments and guest rooms
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Assist the engineering team with preventive maintenance programs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
