About the Role
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations while maintaining the luxury service standards expected at a world-class resort. The successful candidates will supervise restaurant staff, coordinate with kitchen teams, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience from morning breakfast service to evening dinner.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Levant restaurant during breakfast and dinner services

- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards throughout the restaurant
