Areputable restaurant group in Saudi Arabia is currently hiring an experienced and passionate Executive Chef with a strong catering background to lead culinary operations in Riyadh and Jeddah. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional who is ready to take charge of high-volume kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef who can oversee kitchen management, menu development, food costing, and team leadership while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Candidates with extensive experience in catering services, banquet operations, and large-scale food production will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations across restaurant and catering services
- Design innovative menus aligned with market trends and customer preferences
- Control food costs, inventory, and supplier coordination
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and service quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef with a strong catering background
- Ability to manage large teams and high-volume operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Arabic speakers are preferable
- Local candidates with a valid and transferable Iqama
- Available to join at the beginning of April 2026
