Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of all public areas
  • Ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met and aligned with hotel policies
  • Monitor daily housekeeping operations and allocate tasks effectively
  • Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance
  • Conduct regular inspections of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other public spaces
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment and materials
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up for prompt resolution

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
