As an F&B Expert – Service, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences, ensuring seamless service flow, and upholding the highest levels of quality and guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or Asian restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Chinese-speaking candidates preferred to enhance guest communication and service excellence
- Professional attitude, teamwork skills, and attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, strong communication abilities, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for engaging with guests, presenting menu offerings confidently, and ensuring that every dining experience reflects five-star standards.
