Job Position: Commis III – Cold Kitchen
Location: Palma Beach Resort & Spa, UAQ
Department: Culinary / Kitchen Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and garnishes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients according to food safety standards.
- Keep the cold kitchen section clean and organized at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant cold kitchen is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP knowledge is an advantage).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
