Position: Telephone Operator
As a Telephone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth communication within the hotel and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Assist guests with requests, wake-up calls, and reservations support
- Maintain clear and polite communication at all times
- Follow hotel standards and telephone etiquette guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong multitasking ability
- Friendly, calm, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts
