Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations across rooms, villas, and public areas
- Maintain five-star service standards and ensure exceptional cleanliness
- Supervise housekeeping team members and provide ongoing training
- Monitor inventory levels, linen control, and housekeeping supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and brand standards
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- Previous supervisory or assistant executive housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
