Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa, Abu Dhabi is expanding its dynamic team and is currently looking for a skilled Cost Controller to join our prestigious beachfront resort.
About the Role – Cost Controller
As a Cost Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring financial efficiency across hotel operations. This position is ideal for candidates who understand the unique demands of the hospitality industry and are committed to maintaining cost control standards while supporting exceptional guest service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food & beverage costs and operational expenses
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliations
- Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
- Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate closely with procurement, kitchen, and finance teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably within a resort or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems
- Strong guest service orientation with a team-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
