Maintaining garment care standards, handling guest requests promptly, and ensuring proper documentation of laundry items are essential parts of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect and deliver guest laundry in a timely manner

* Inspect garments for damage and follow care instructions carefully

* Coordinate with the laundry team to ensure quality standards

* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area

* Provide courteous and professional service to hotel guests

Currently residing in Kuwait who have previous experience in hotel laundry operations or hospitality services. Attention to detail, time management skills, and a customer-focused attitude are highly valued for this position.
