The Talent Hub is seeking a seasoned and exceptional Director of Food & Beverage to join an iconic luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi and become part of an outstanding leadership team within one of the world’s most prestigious hospitality companies.
The Role
■ Given the scale and complexity of the operation, we are looking for an accomplished F&B leader who can:
Drive strategic F&B leadership and operational excellence
• Lead innovation across multiple dining concepts and large-scale event operations
• Maintain and elevate the highest standards of luxury service Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Deliver strong financial results while enhancing guest experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as Director of F&B (or equivalent senior leadership role) in a luxury hotel environment
■ GCC experience essential, ideally within the United Arab Emirates
·Strong leadership presence with a mindset of excellence Innovative, commercially driven, and guest-focused Experience managing large-scale events and high-volume operations preferred
