Assistant Chief Engineer
Industry: Hotel / Hospitality
Location: Royal M Hotel Al-Aqa Resort Fujairah
Job Summary:
Managing all engineering operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient maintenance, safety compliance, and smooth functioning of all facilities.
Mandatory Requirements:
Hotel industry experience is mandatory.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel engineering or maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities:
daily engineering operations and maintenance planning. Supervise the engineering team and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel
engineering standards.
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Maintain engineering logs, reports, and preventive maintenance records.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Handle emergency maintenance issues and troubleshooting.
